The nose is led by freshly picked apricot, lime zest, oyster shell and almond flakes. The palate is concentrated & textured with plenty of crunchy yellow peach and tart grapefruit. The wines ends long and saline, showing a long life ahead.
A more feminine style is the first impression on the nose. Rose petal & red cherry take the lead here with some subtle notes of cinnamon & soil. The palate is also very elegant but has beautiful fruit expression, fresh acidity & mouth coating density
Dark ruby. White and black pepper notes with black berries and earthy notes of leather. Equality of fruit ripeness had led to ripe attractive weighted tannins. Blend of 45% Shiraz, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Durif. Will age well.
